About Me

I live in the National Forest in the heart of England with my partner John and enough animals to set up a zoo, we often joke that we should charge entry! We seem to house most of the waifs, strays and oddball animals in the vicinity. My animals are a big part of who I am so I thought I would introduce some of them to you.

This is my horse Woody, she is the reason for a few broken bones, no social life and some of the happiest memories I have. She's seventeen going on four and I have owned her (or she's owned me) for twelve years.

This is Greebo, I found him lying at the side of the road after being hit by a car, I though that he was dead but amazingly he was still breathing. I was on my way to pick up my partner from a night out so it was one o'clock on Sunday morning, I rang the local vet, got her out of bed and raced to the surgery. He was put on a drip and after a few stitches he survived but nobody claimed him so after a week he came home to live with us.

These are our other cats Spice, Tabatha and Crinkle, they're sisters and terrorise our row! Always up to no good and endless amounts of mischief but we love them!

This is my African Grey Alfie destroying another one of my pencils, below is our Cockatoo Baby trying to steal a sip of tea.

Our two English pointers enjoying a gallop around the fields. The one on the right is called Du, he is five years old and the liver and white on the left is Thomas he's three. Both of them were bred by my mum who shows Pointers, they were runts of the litters and would not feed off their mum by themselves, If we had of left them they would have died. Between mum and me we fed them from the bottle and now they're so special they just couldn't live with anyone else so they live at the madhouse with John and me!
